The figure is based on the promotional video for the "Singularity Subspecies I: Malignant Quarantined Demonic Realm: Shinjuku Phantom Incident" act, and features Altria Pendragon (Alter) riding the black armored motorbike Cuirassier Noir while wielding Excalibur Morgan in one hand.
